Although the Ontario Poison Centre phone number is currently accessible from anywhere in Canada, we do advise that you contact your local poison centre for assistance. Local poison centres would be more familiar with any regional poison risks and the resources available in your area, and as such would be better able to advise you in case of a poisoning emergency.
